I am a Certified Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Nutrition, as well as training and expertise in women's health nutrition, intuitive eating and wellness coaching. I use a compassionate, non-diet approach to help women create and achieve wellness and self-care goals that allow them to feel truly nourished.
