Hi! I have been practicing dietetics for over 14 years. I have spent most of my career in a clinical role working in paediatric and neonatal nutrition. I continue to work in acute care and enjoy the fast paced nature of a clinical setting. I also run a private practice in Thunder Bay called Nourish Intuitive Eating Counselling and I provide virtual counselling to anywhere in Ontario. I use a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach. I am grateful to be able to work in both inpatient and outpatient areas as it allows me to use my critical thinking skills and enhance my learning every day.
