I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified Intuitive Eating counselor, and body liberation advocate. Together, I will help you learn the principles of Intuitive Eating including meal preparation and gentle nutrition that is health-promoting. I also offer a no-cost body liberation support group that will help you move toward self-acceptance and self-love. We can meet virtually or in-person in Olympia, Washington. I am registered nationally as a dietitian and licensed to practice in Washington state and Iowa. I also provide medical nutrition therapy for people living with an eating disorder or conditions such as diabetes or Hashimoto's.
