I'm a Pacific Northwest-based registered dietitian nutritionist who helps adults incorporate Intuitive Eating into their healing from disordered eating and chronic dieting, or into management of a health condition. I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor as well as a Licensed Be Body Positive Facilitator. I offer 1-on-1 nutrition therapy and body image counseling via telehealth in Oregon, Washington and multiple other states, and am in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. My weight-inclusive approach to nutrition therapy and counseling is grounded in Intuitive Eating. I also incorporate self-compassion, mindfulness, embodiment, and trauma-informed care.
