Nourish Consulting was established with the mission to help people heal their relationships with food and their bodies, so that they can live free and purposeful lives. I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP), a SAQA recognised professional body for counsellors in South Africa. I have my Honours in Psychology and Masters in Social Development, as I like to understand how we, as individuals, work internally, as well as how our wellbeing is impacted by society. I take a holistic approach to counselling, whereby the whole person and their story is considered. Together, we identify their needs, take into account what has influenced their relationship with food and their body, and collaborate on a way forward.
