Betty is a Molecular Cell Biologist and Registered Dietitian living in Madison, born in Puerto Rico. She speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese and works with people from all corners of the world. With areas of focus in sports nutrition, women’s health, and eating disorders, Betty’s goal is to help everyone find their blueprint for optimal health.
