Hi there! My name is Autumn, and I am a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher. I specialize in working with folks struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, food fears, body image concerns, diabetes management, and gastrointestinal issues. I also have expertise working with athletes/in sports nutrition and chronic disease prevention and management. I work hard to create a safe, judgment-free space to help support you in healing your relationship with food and your body. I view my clients with positive regard, no matter what they've experienced or how they have learned to cope. I use my training in yoga and mindfulness to inform my work and can work with clients in person located in Idaho and virtually with clients located in Idaho, Oregon, California, Colorado, Virginia, New Jersey, and Arizona. I accept many major insurances in Idaho and sometimes insurance will cover clients located out of state. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in working together!
