I'm Ash & I am a liberation-oriented therapist focused on supporting clients untangle from the web of societal/self expectations and (re)discover the things that truly bring them joy and satisfaction in life. I am JOY affirming, LIFE affirming, LIBERATION affirming. As a both a Mental Health Clinician & Certified IE Counselor, our work can primarily focus on intuitive eating and unpacking diet culture, or we can expand to include general mental health care as well. Together, we’ll create a space where we can practice vulnerability, cultivate hope, and learn/unlearn/learn some more. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) in Milwaukee, WI, but I see clients virtually throughout Wisconsin.
