I’m a registered dietitian, national board certified health and wellness coach, yoga teacher, and all-around mind-body enthusiast who helps people make peace with food and trust themselves again. My approach is a blend of intuitive eating, gentle nutrition, somatic awareness, and a splash of 'woo woo' if that's your jam! My work is rooted in intuitive eating and a weight-inclusive philosophy, but it’s also shaped by my own long detour through diet culture. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in rules, guilt, and “shoulds,” and I also know the freedom that comes with finally letting all of that go. Like many of the folks I work with, I spent years tangled in diet culture’s promises and rules before finding the missing piece of the puzzle - intuitive eating. That lived experience shapes the way I show up: with compassion, humor, and zero judgment. I believe you can unlearn old rules, build trust with your body, and still have room for joy, curiosity, and learning. I love bringing in mindfulness, gentle movement, and a little spiritual spark when it fits. I'm a 500hr Yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Power, and Yin styles along with being a meditation guide and Certified HeartMath practitioner. I love sharing and guiding clients in these modalities if that's something that supports their journeys. You’ll also catch me talking about my cats, my latest outdoor exploits, and whatever art or book I’m currently obsessed with - because healing happens in real life, not in a vacuum. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and seen as you learn to reconnect with your body, honor your needs, and build a way of living that feels like you. We'll work holistically on your journey, looking at all areas of your life and how they impact your health and wellness - stress, sleep, intellectual and creative avenues, relationships, your environment...It ALL influences our lives.
