Hi there! I am so happy you have found your way to Intuitive Eating. My name is Ashley, I provide virtual nutrition counseling and I am based in Tucson, AZ. I am a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and specialize in helping folks heal their relationship with food and their body. You are your own best expert, and I hope that together we can work toward a life that is more peaceful, without diet rules, and body preoccupation. I have been a dietitian for almost 8 years, I am a graduate from the University of Arizona, I hold two bachelors degrees and I am working on my masters in public health. I also work part-time with college students at the University of Arizona as a nutrition counselor and health program advisor. I can't wait to connect with you!
