As a woman living in a larger body who has done my work around these issues, I can confidently share that Intuitive Eating can help to regain confidence, improve self-image, and live more fully. My mission is to help women gain freedom from ineffective conditioning and self-limiting beliefs so they may feel good about themselves, thrive, and genuinely be happy. My therapy practice embodies this mission directly by working with women to develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
