Born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico, Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Ibero Tijuana and a Master’s in Human Nutrition with Clinical Nutrition Specialisation from the University of Glasgow. With a background as a classical ballet dancer and teacher, she brings a deep understanding of the body, movement, and the importance of a balanced relationship with food. Her work is grounded in the principles of Intuitive Eating, helping others reconnect with trust and joy in their eating experiences.
