Anastasia Hourdas is a Dietitian and Nutritionist who completed her Master at the University of Sydney in Australia. She also has trained in Mindful Eating and is an Eating Psychology Coach. She ran mindful eating workshops in conjunction with a non diet approach clinic called Stay Nourished, in Darwin Australia. Her work experience includes ongoing clinic work, hospital work at Royal Darwin Hospital, the Darwin Diabetes Clinic (seeing clients with gestational, type 2 and type 1 diabetes), working with young children and adolescents in the Children’s Clinic Darwin and working in supporting clients with disordered eating patterns through a non-diet, intuitive eating process. Anastasia has been a member of HAES©️ Australia and presented on the topic of HAES and the non diet approach in seminars and workshops while living in Darwin, Australia. In 2020 Anastasia relocated from Australia to reconnect with her mother land in Greece where she is currently living and practicing as a Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. She currently provides mentoring to dietitians and other health professionals in Greece on using a non diet approach in their practice and ways to incorporate intuitive eating principles. Her mission is to help change the way dietetics is practiced in Greece and to prevent eating disorders and disordered eating both of which are on the rise. If you’re ready to heal your relationship with food & body reach out. Remember, you’re not meant to fight with your body, you’re not meant to follow diets or meal plans- there’s a better way! Anastasia specialises in overeating, binge eating, emotional eating & body image and self esteem.
