I have been a registered nurse in Oregon for 14 years. I have worked in acute care, community health, hospice, and academia. I currently work as a part-time nursing professor and as a wellness coach providing intuitive eating counseling for groups and individuals, mediation, and sound healing. I have a history of chronic dieting, and disordered eating and intuitive eating completely changed my relationship with food. I love helping others on their journeys to wellness as I continue mine. I love to travel to see my children and grandchildren, I love nature, music, and yoga.
