Ambre Honigman

My name is Ambre Honigman, I am 40 years old, I am a psychologist and I am an insatiable curious. After a master's degree in psychology specializing in work psychology and ergonomics, I practiced these two specialties for 10 years in the private and public sectors. I supplemented this practice with other healing approaches: ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness practice and meditation. They interested me so much that I continued their learning by going to live in India and Nepal for 3 years. I discovered Intuitive Eating in January 2020. It was a real encounter, one that changes you. So I wanted to train, learn, know more to be able to help people suffering. I come back near Paris, with a desire to share, help and support. My approach is one of well-being and self-development focused on emotional, mental, physical and social balance.
