Amanda Montgomery

Amanda Montgomery (she/they) is a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Director at Tapestry 360 Health (T360H). In her role, Amanda partners with medical providers and community stakeholders to expand innovative and accessible healing and health education options for patients and community members. She manages and facilitates group medical visits and community health workshops, supervises T360H’s health educators, and has led the development of T360H’s LGBTQ+ Committee and Size Inclusive Committees, along with wellness-focused strategic planning. Amanda received her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Loyola University Chicago. She received her master’s in public health at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2022 and has been trained in Intuitive Eating specialty care twice, most recently through the Eating Disorder Professionals skills training. She is passionate about food justice, compassion-based nutrition and reducing anti-fat bias within public health and health care systems.
