As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, my work is shaped by the philosophies of Health At Every Size(R) and Intuitive Eating. I'm the owner of Alpine Nutrition, a virtual nutrition counseling practice, who's mission is to help people heal their relationship with food and their bodies - all while debunking harmful beliefs created by our diet/beauty/wellness obsessed culture. I also enjoy using my culinary arts background by playing in the kitchen making delicious new recipes with friends and family. When I'm taking a break from counseling/teaching/cooking, you can find me hiking the many mountains trails in the Pacific Northwest and around the world!
