Alyssa is deeply committed to helping individuals develop practical, sustainable approaches to health—free from diet culture and fear-based decision making. She enjoys collaborating with clients to uncover root causes, think creatively, and build solutions that support long-term well-being and confidence around food. Outside of her professional work, Alyssa lives with her husband and daughter as well as their beloved backyard flock of chickens, and Kitty the cat.
