I’m passionate about engaging students and campus communities in meaningful conversations about intentional eating and trusting the body. My work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their internal cues and build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and respect. I believe health is personal and multifaceted, and I strive to create inclusive spaces where people feel empowered to explore what nourishment and wellbeing look like for them.
