I am passionate about helping folks reconnect with their bodies, recognize the negative impacts diet culture, and find freedom around food. My clients often struggle with disordered eating/eating disorders, self-criticism, body image issues, grief, chronic pain, life transitions and interpersonal challenges. Our work focuses on finding freedom from rigid patterns, building self-compassion, and reimagining identity. I am committed to meeting clients where they are, offering a steady presence through what is often a bumpy road, and maintaining an anti-diet, weight-inclusive therapeutic space.
