Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of NJ, as well as an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I currently work with teens, adults and families within a group private practice in Morris County, NJ. I have been involved in the Intuitive Eating and HAES communities personally over the past several years, which has naturally evolved into a passion that I share professionally with my clients who are also interested in healing their relationships with food, their bodies, and their overall health and well-being in a supportive, inclusive, IE and HAES aligned environment.
