My name is Renee, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) located in New Jersey. I use a strengths-based approach to guide people through their Intuitive Eating journey. My counseling sessions are done online via a HIPAA compliant video platform, making services easily accessible. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), as I feel passionate about the mind and body connection, evident in both Intuitive Eating and yoga.
