Are You an Intuitive Eater?

This quiz is adapted from the research* of  Ohio State University professor, Tracy L. Tylka, who developed the  Intuitive Eating Scale, to help characterize and evaluate your ability to eat intuitively.  We are grateful for her ever growing research on the health benefits  (physical and psychological) of being or becoming an Intuitive Eater.
